Upon review it became clear that it was Joe Mele being upset about me covering Nick Dubin’s arrest for child porn, as well as how Joe Mele, Andrew Ackner and other Autism advocates are defending him. But this is not a normal DMCA take down request – it also accuses me of sleeping with a sister I don’t have! This is just like the large number of comments that are not approved from Andrew Ackner calling me a ‘Moron’, calling other users a ‘douchefag’ while telling them to suck his genitalia and then telling me to “Knock Knock. Go #### Yourself” and that he was “gonna start my own giant Aspieweb website… with hookers”.
So without further to do… here is the DMCA takedown notice. The notice is blockquoted and my responses are italicized.

What is odge? Do you mean lodge? I have not stolen a picture… I have used it under the fair use provisions of copyright law. Copyright.gov clearly states that the following falls under fair use – “purposes for which the reproduction of a particular work may be considered fair, such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research.”
But beyond that. Mr lassiter is a horrible person. He uses this site to slander me and others. the case in point is dr dubin. I only asked to reserved judgements until the law runs its course. So mr. lassiter accuses me of defending him and implicating that I support child pornography. He has on this site threatened to kill himself more than once. The more clicks he gets the more he makes in ad revenues. Sad but true.
I’m the horrible person? Your the one that’s horrible. Your the one that is defending an admitted lover of watching children perform sexual acts! Yes I struggled with suicide, because I gave my daughter up for adoption (because it was best for her.) I’m told thats quite a normal response to such a circumstance and it also makes me very sensitive to people who abuse children. As far as ad revenue – I barely make enough to pay for this website. I have only quoted from the court records on the case of Dr. Dubin as well as gave my oppinions on. I have also commented on – and provided evidence of your and others actions in attempts to defend the actions of a person who has admitted to downloading video and imagery of children in sexual situations.
The irony is – is that mr lassiter is the only one found guilty of a crime. Which he surprisingly detailed on his blog last year. He slept & impregnated a mentally challenged underage girl who was his step sister.
Joe, I don’t have a step sister. The only girl I have ever impregnated was twenty one and had an IQ of eighty seven. An IQ of eighty seven is pretty much so normal – just three points below it. So what you just told my web host would qualify as slander though – correct?
Please at the very least enforce my copyright. Take down his site until he rectifies the copyright violation.
Not gonna happen. Sorry, its called fair use. The situation does not need rectification. However if you consider to accuse me of sleeping with a developmentally disabled step sister that I don’t have I’m going to have to rectify that situation. Kapish?

Joe, I don’t want your phone number. I don’t think it would be healthy for me to associate with people that defend people who abuse children. It would be one thing if your his lawyer – but your not.
